Exploring the Principles of Adaptive Yoga
with Carey Sims & Sarah Henderson

“The principles of yoga don’t discriminate. Yoga postures do.” Matthew Sanford

Join Mind Body Solutions trained yoga teachers Sarah Henderson and Carey Sims for an exploration into the universal principles of yogasana—grounding, rhythm, balance, and expansion.

These principles are applicable to all bodies, those with and without disability or disabling conditions related to illness, injury, or the aging process. Join us to deepen your own personal practice and your students’ by unpacking the potential of these core sensations.

All proceeds benefit the Adaptive Yoga Program at Mind Body Solutions, St. Louis Park, MN, a non-profit founded by Matthew Sanford with a mission to serve people living with trauma, loss, and disability.

This workshop is for students and yoga teachers alike.

Investment: $35 || $45 to obtain Yoga Alliance accredited CEUs

Mind Body Solutions transforms lives of people living all over the world by opening yoga to everybody.
